Gordon Ramsay sells Cornish home ‘for a record’ £7.5m

Chef’s six-bedroom property with pool and tennis court was most expensive sold in Cornwall last year

Gordon Ramsay has sold one of his homes in Cornwall for £7.5m in what is believed to be the most expensive sale ever recorded in the county.

Daymer Bay House in Trebetherick – a property with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a swimming pool and tennis court set on a hectare (2.5 acres) of land – was sold in March last year, when the pandemic-fuelled “race for space” was still driving up house prices in picturesque and more rural locations.
